Masterman
This site was previously an unused garage site in a state of disrepair attracting anti-social behaviour. The new development provided 15 social rented flats, 1 shared ownership and 9 private sale properties.

Torrington and Wallers
Sustainable nine new council homes proposed and being built in a former garage site which was left in disrepair.

Lordship Lane
Refurbishment work to blocks of Council flats. The works to each block included repairing or replacing roofs, windows, communal doors. As well as doing structural repairs an alterations.

Harpenden Leisure Centre
The work consisted of improvements to the main pool, as well as construction of a new 17-metre-long learner pool, a sports hall, dance studios and a larger gym plus new changing rooms, a steam room, sauna and reception area. The project also included refurbishment of exiting car park and create a 92-space car park with Electric Vehicle Charging Point.

Muswell Hill Sport Ground
Full renovation of 7-a-side football pitch, changing places, park office, garages and car park at Muswell Hill Playing Fields.

Cottonmill Community and Cycling Centre
St Albans City and District Council replaced the ageing Marlborough Pavilion with the new £2.7 million centre in consultation with several local groups. These included Cottonmill and Sopwell Hub (CaSH), Sopwell Residents Association, the Sopwell Community Trust and the Verulam Cycling Club. As well as first class sports facilities, including a cycling hub and pump track that is also used for skateboarding, the centre has a hall of 100 square metres, a café, a kitchen suitable for event catering and a Changing Places facility. There are also wudu wash facilities for use by the Muslim community and a dementia-friendly Quiet Room for peaceful escape, prayer or quiet study.

Woodgreen Library
The Wood Green Library building houses one of the busiest libraries in the country, in a location at the heart of the borough. The refurbishment at Wood Green Library improved the office and service provision facilities for Haringey Council and enabled the interim relocation of departments whilst Alexandra House was under renovation and refurbishment. The refurbishment works on both 2 nd and 3 rd floors were of a time-critical nature and this would have meant that contractor had to work in an occupied property. This essential and urgent project facilitated the decant of staff from the Alexandra House to allow the refurbishment of the third floor ready for its re-occupation by staff from the Customer, Transformation and Resources directorate.

Harpenden Cultural Centre
Transformation of Harpenden Cultural Centre with a 511- seat theatre, named after comedy legend and former Harpenden resident Eric Morecambe, which will host national and local touring productions. Successful transformation of the St Albans Town Hall into a museum and art gallery rejuvenating the cultural life of the city. The extension and refurbishment has also created public meeting spaces as well as being a showcase for over 2,000 years of heritage and hosting cutting- edge art exhibitions. The transformation of the Town Hall was recognised by the Hertfordshire Building Futures Awards in 2018 where it was given the Retrofit for the Future award and commended in the Project of the Year category.

Alexandra House
Full refurbishment works to Alexandra House and 48 Station Road, in order to ensure that the Council was able to provide suitable office space for its workforce. This is a £4.5 million contract involving 95,000sqft and is scheduled to be completed within 32 weeks. Works include stripping out redundant kitchens, plasterboard and blockwork walls, floor coverings, WC cubicles, fixtures and fittings, installing new plasterboard reconfiguration and new office partitions, removal and replacement of kitchens, new floor coverings and decorations, refurbishment of existing Male/Female WC’s, new Gender- Neutral WCs to 3 floors and electrical alternations including new data cabling.

Ashmole Primary school
Working on behalf of Department for Education to deliver new school property, which is the latest phase of DfE Free School Capital, a government-backed scheme to create 49 new free schools across the country. The project created a new permanent home for Ashmole Primary School on the site of Ashmole Academy. The building comprises 22,300 sq ft of learning space for up to 420 pupils aged four to eleven. The project has been nominated for Civil Service Construction Award of the year.
